Location was excellent, just far enough from the central plaza to be a little more tranquil. The room, king with private terrace, was well appointed. We had a wall mounted TV, mini fridge, coffee maker with supplies for two, hair dryer, private bathroom with excellent water pressure (hot water a plus for Mexico) and mini split with AC. The valet parking was a plus. We arrived late morning, mid week, and luckily were able to check in early, saving on parking. The room included two water bottles and coffee supplies per paid night, more was available for purchase.

The location is great - only a couple minutes from the cathedral or center of town. The bed and AC made it comfortable to sleep. Though the staff spoke very little English, they tried to help when I used Google Translate. I appreciate the front desk guy getting his lady friend who spoke good English to come to the hotel to help answering my questions about how to get to Puebla from Taxco, since there is no bus service on the day we checked out, June 28 2022. We eventually had to get the ride to Mexico City, then take a bus to Puebla. - a long way! Taxco needs to have better public transportation! :-(

Everything was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was so friendly. The hotel was in a great location, it was easy to walk to all the places we wanted to go to in the city.

Location. Walking distance to and from center, but far enough to avoid all the business and noise. Staff so amicable and helpful. Room was nice and comfortable.

location was great. You have to remember that mining town are hill. So we walk up and down roads. Then you go to hotel for a restful nite. Good house keeping , good location.
